Every operation leaks margin.
We find where.
MK Global works inside South African transport and logistics businesses, measuring what actually happens on the road, in the yard and on the floor, then fixing the systems and the skills that are costing you money.
- Transport & Fleet
- Courier & Last Mile
- Warehousing
- Logistics & Distribution
- Owner-Driver Networks
Consultants who have run the operation.
MK Global SA (Pty) Ltd is a South African consulting and training firm working with transport, courier, warehousing and logistics businesses across the SADC region.
We are not a research house. Our people have managed depots, run fleets and stood on warehouse floors at four in the morning, so the recommendations we make are ones we have had to live with ourselves. Every engagement is built to end with your own team holding the improvement, without us.
Stronger Performance. Better Business.
- We measure before we recommend
- We agree the scope before we start
- We stay until the change holds
- We hand the method over
We don't hand you a report.
We move these numbers.
Every engagement opens with a baseline. We measure the figures that decide whether an operation makes money, agree the targets with you, and report against them until they move.
What we've actually delivered.
MK Global is a young practice. Rather than claim results we haven't yet measured, here is the real work completed to date.
Facilitated and tested over six weeks in partnership with Pinnidrive. Drivers were sourced from Imvusa Security.
CompletedMotorbike drivers sourced, screened and placed for Valternative, a last-mile motorbike delivery fleet operator.
CompletedFacilitated in partnership with Pinnacle Training, with learners placed at Buffalo Logistics.
In ProgressSolutions That Deliver Measurable Business Results
Every organisation faces unique operational challenges. Our solutions address these through practical interventions that improve efficiency, strengthen capability, and support long-term growth.
Supply Chain & Operations
The core of the practice. We go into the depot, the route and the warehouse floor, find where cost and time are leaking, and rebuild the operation around what the numbers actually say.
- Route and fleet cost analysis
- Warehouse layout and flow
- Inventory and stock accuracy
- Driver productivity and scheduling
- Fuel and maintenance control
- Third-party carrier performance

Most of what a consultancy promises is the same as the next one. These four are the ones we will be held to, and the ones worth checking us on.
Operators, not analysts
Our people have managed depots and run fleets. We only recommend what we have had to live with ourselves.
Built for your constraints
Designed around the budget, the people and the vehicles you actually have, not a best-practice template.
We hand the method over
Your supervisors learn to run the measurement themselves, so the gain survives our last invoice.
Scope agreed up front
A written scope before work starts, so you know what you are buying. No open-ended retainers.

10 Hidden Problems Costing Your Business Money Every Month.
A free, practical checklist across 10 areas of your operation. Tick what's true for your business and see where margin is quietly leaking out. Takes about two minutes.
Get the free checklistBefore you get in touch.
The most common questions we get on that first call, answered here so you don't have to ask them.
Does the first conversation cost anything?
No. It takes about forty minutes and costs you nothing. Come with one problem you already know about.
What happens after I submit the form?
We call within two working days to understand the operation, then run a half-day walkthrough on your site at our cost, then send a written scope with fixed pricing.
How is consulting priced?
Fixed-fee, agreed in writing after the walkthrough, not before. You see the scope before you see a number, and there's no obligation to proceed once you have it. Training and courses work differently. See the next question.
How much does training cost?
Unlike consulting, training has published starting prices: online self-paced courses from R399, classroom training from R8,500 a day. See the Pricing & Engagement table for the full range.
Do I have to commit to anything just to get a quote?
No. The walkthrough and the written scope are both free to receive. You decide whether to proceed once you've seen them.
What is the MK Global Method?
Five steps: Discover (baseline figures on your site), Analyse (root causes, costed), Design (a plan built around your constraints), Implement (we stay on the floor while it beds in), Improve (re-measured against the opening baseline).
What industries do you work with?
Transport & fleet, courier & last-mile, warehousing, logistics & distribution, and owner-driver networks. If you're adjacent to these, get in touch. The enquiry form has a spot for "something else."
Is this only consulting, or do you run training too?
Both. Supply Chain & Operations consulting is the core of the practice, alongside Workforce Development training. See our Training Programmes and Track Record sections for what we've actually delivered.
Have you actually delivered results, or is this just a methodology?
MK Global is a young practice. See the Track Record section above for the real, named work completed to date. We'd rather show you that than claim a result we haven't measured yet.
What things typically cost.
MK Global provides flexible engagement options based on the size and complexity of each client.
